Our value grade of dried mushrooms: smaller pieces from the same harvests, at a lower price per ounce. Packed by weight in 1 oz and 2 oz.

Because the pieces are smaller, they rehydrate fast and are the easy pick when the mushrooms are going into something rather than on top of it — stock, gravy, soup, chili, or ground into seasoning powder.

Dehydrated at our farm in Grand Rapids. Shelf stable for a year in a sealed jar kept dry and dark.
